IEXRA connects buyers, suppliers, procurement, transactions and logistics in one intelligent global trade platform.
Cross-border B2B trade still runs on a dozen disconnected tools. A single order can pass through a search portal, six email threads, a chat group, a spreadsheet, a PDF quote, a bank transfer and a freight forwarder — with no shared record of what was agreed.
One requirement moves through discovery, sourcing, quoting, approval, payment and delivery without leaving the platform — and every step stays attached to the same record.
From finding the right supplier to receiving the right product — IEXRA connects the entire workflow.
The discovery layer of IEXRA. Search by category, specification, capability and geography — then compare verified manufacturers and trading companies side by side, on the terms procurement actually decides on.
A buyer states what they need in plain language. IEXRA turns it into a structured requirement, matches it against supplier capability, and carries it through to an approved purchase order — one thread, one record.
“I need 5,000 kg of industrial-grade aluminium sheets, delivered to Singapore.”
| Supplier | Unit price | Landed total | Lead time | Incoterm | Payment | Score | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nandi Metals Pvt Ltd | $2.41 / kg | $12,050 | 18 d | DAP Singapore | 30% / 70% on BL | 92 | Recommended |
| Gulf Alumina Trading | $2.38 / kg | $12,410 | 12 d | FOB Jebel Ali | 50% advance | 86 | Received |
| Selatan Metalworks | $2.55 / kg | $12,860 | 21 d | DAP Singapore | Net 30 | 81 | Received |
| Trung Ray Industrial | $2.29 / kg | $12,980 | 26 d | FOB Haiphong | 100% advance | 68 | Counter sent |
Every RFQ, quote and shipment leaves a trace. IEXRA reads those traces back to the buyer at the moment of decision — so the choice between four suppliers is made on capability, price position and delivery record rather than on who replied first.
Benchmarks are built from quotes exchanged on the platform for the same specification and corridor. Figures shown are illustrative.
Sourcing that stops at introductions leaves the hard part — the commercial transaction — outside the system. IEXRA POS carries the agreed quote into a purchase order, a payment schedule and a settled, auditable record.

A confirmed order is only half the job. IEXRA carries the same record into pickup, freight, customs and final delivery — so the buyer tracking a shipment and the supplier who made it are reading the same status.
A listing waits to be found. An IEXRA storefront receives structured demand — real requirements from buyers who have already specified quantity, destination and timeline — and gives the supplier one place to quote, negotiate and fulfil.
Every open requirement, quote, order and shipment in one console — with spend and supplier performance visible against the same record, not reconstructed at quarter end.
Marketplace, procurement, intelligence, transactions and logistics are not separate products bolted together. They are one system sharing one record — which is why a quote can become a purchase order, a payment and a shipment without ever being re-entered.
The same requirement object travels from first search to final delivery. Move across the steps to see what happens inside each one.
Search the marketplace by category, specification, certification or corridor. Every result is a structured supplier record — capability, location, minimum order quantity and lead time — not a paid listing competing for attention.
State the requirement once. IEXRA structures it into product, grade, quantity, destination and incoterm, matches it against supplier capability, and issues a single RFQ to every shortlisted supplier at the same time.
Quotes arrive in a common format, so they can be compared on landed cost, lead time and payment terms rather than on unit price alone. Counter-offers, clarifications and revised quotes stay attached to the RFQ.
The accepted quote becomes a purchase order with agreed milestones. Payments release against those milestones, and every invoice, certificate and confirmation is filed against the same order.
Freight, customs documentation and delivery status attach to the order rather than living in a forwarder's inbox. Both sides see the same milestones, from goods-ready through to receipt.
The cost of fragmentation is not the software licence. It is the week lost chasing a quote, the order placed against the wrong specification, and the shipment nobody can locate.
One workflow. One platform. One source of truth.
IEXRA is designed around the corridors trade actually moves along — South Asia to Southeast Asia, the Gulf to East Africa, China to Northern Europe, and back again.
Between two companies that have never met, in two jurisdictions, trust has to be produced by the system rather than assumed. IEXRA builds it in layers — identity, workflow and record — so each party can see what has been checked and what has not.
IEXRA does not claim that every supplier on the platform is verified. Verification is a state, shown per supplier and per document, and buyers can filter for it. Where a check has not been completed, the interface says so.
Discover suppliers. Procure smarter. Transact globally.
